Boarding

Quality and safety are the most important aspects of boarding at Heritage Acres. Our premise is that horses do best with quality feed, quality hay, clean stalls and ample turnout. Depending on weather, horses and ponies receive turnout daily and blankets are changed without additional charge.

Horses and ponies are fed according to their individual needs and owner's wishes. Supplements when provided are gladly given to horses as per their owner's request. Personal and individual care is most important for all horses.

Monthly Board $420.00

Lessons

Heritage Acres is dedicated to providing the highest quality and safest riding instruction possible. Confidence, respect and responsibility are all integral parts of the instructional program. All levels of English riding are taught, from the first time beginner to the most advanced showing levels.

We have a wide variety of well trained and safe school horses available for our students.

All riders at Heritage Acres learn the basics of before and after riding care of the horses and ponies. It is important to us that all riders learn to become self-sufficient.

 

Lesson size: 2 to 3 riders per group lesson
Private lessons available as required
Lessons: Ages 4-1/2 to 6 (approx) – 30 minutes in length
Own pony – $25.00
School pony – $30.00
Ages 7 and older – 1 hour in length
Own horse/pony – $30.00
School horse/pony – $35.00
Adult lessons – 1 hour in length
Own horse/pony – $30.00
School horse/pony – $35.00
Special fraidy cat lessons – about 1 hour
Arrangements are made to meet the needs of our more nervous students to develop confidence and relaxation around the horses
Lesson cost – $35.00

Training

Training programs are arranged for both hunters and jumpers on an individual basis. All programs are flexible to the individual owner's needs and ability. Contact us to set up your program to maximize the ability of your horse.
